The pitch

One module, three lives

01 · As an oscillator stack

Six independent voices for your case

Drop Antigone into a case full of analog filters and Eurorack FX. Each of the six voices runs its own engine, with its own pitch, modulation and CV input — sent to its own audio output.

  • 6 voices, 4 individual outputs (±12 V, Eurorack-hot)
  • Per-voice routing — feed an external filter chain that finally has a polyphonic friend
  • Speak FM, granular, wavetable, modal-resonator at the same time

02 · As a complete poly synth

A powerful synth in 26 HP

Plug a keyboard or sequencer in. Antigone is a complete instrument — 20+ algorithms in the Algorithm Synth alone, plus dedicated Resonator, DrumSynth, Granular, Sample player. Multimode filters slots, and much more...

  • 20+ synthesis algorithms unified under the Algorithm Synth (Wavetable, VA, FM 2-op + 4-op, VOSIM, CZ, fold, ringmod, chip…) plus 5 more dedicated Machines
  • Per-machine signal chain — filters, drive, physical models, granular processing
  • Note · Chords · Arp · Rhythm Generator/Sequencer per instrument · 6 mod slots per instrument

03 · As a drum machine

DrumSynth — 15+ models, one engine

Six instruments, six voices, one unified DrumSynth engine. Each model is a fully-fledged drum synthesizer (not a sample) — bass drums, snares, hi-hats, claps, plus FM/Noise/Glitch experimentation.

  • 15+ drum models, switchable per voice
  • Pair with the Rhythm Generator/Sequencer (Euclidean / Aksak / Turing / Fibonacci / Golomb / Binary)
  • A complete generative drum machine in 26HP

Inside Antigone

Wavetable engine — NEW IN V2

Bring your own wavetables — reshape them 38 ways

The reworked wavetable engine accepts any custom wave (128 to 2048 samples per wave) and is compatible with the wavetable formats from flagship VSTs — Serum, Vital and others. Antigone ships with 50+ wavetables licensed from Galbanum's Architecture Waveforms collection. Once loaded, every wavetable can be morphed and reshaped in real time through 38 stackable transforms: 21 in the spectral domain, 14 in the phase domain, and 3 algorithmic — a wavefolder for every dimension of the wave.

  • Custom waves: 128 → 2048 samples
  • Serum-compatible
  • Vital-compatible
  • 50+ licensed Galbanum wavetables
  • 21 spectral transforms (SP:*)
  • 14 phase-distortion transforms (PD:*)
  • 3 algorithmic transforms (AL:*)
  • Two wavetable osc per instrument

FM engine — NEW IN V2

Six legendary FM voices, in one module

Each of the four FM operators can be set independently to one of 11 personality models — including six historically-faithful chip-style FM voices spanning the golden era of digital FM (1983–1988). Plus TZFM and phase-distortion flavours that no chip ever shipped.

  • 1983 digital flagship (OPS)
  • 1988 console crunch (OPN2)
  • 1983 arcade brightness (OPM)
  • 1984 home-computer warmth (OPN)
  • 1987 desktop 8-waveform (OPZ)
  • Mid-80s lo-fi rectified sine (OPLL)
  • TZFM Linear
  • Phase Distortion
  • Wavefold FM
  • +2 more

Resonator — NEW IN V2

19 physical-modelling worlds

Three foundational models inherited from the Mutable Instruments Rings lineage — Modal, Sympathetic and String — joined by 16 new physical models built from scratch: Tibetan bowls, Chladni plates, Gamelan bonangs, Balafon with mirliton buzz, Gong with amplitude-dependent pitch glide, and more. Custom strikes, sample-based excitation.

Granular machine — NEW IN V2

Granular synthesis & processing

A real-time granular Machine that turns any recorded sample loaded from the SD card into a cloud of grains. Independent control of grain size, density, position, pitch and pan, all per-voice modulatable. Layered with the same dual filter slots and Drive stage as the rest of the synthesis engines.

  • Per-voice grains
  • Density · Size · Position
  • Plays sample-based sources
  • Dual filter slots
  • Drive stage

Sample player — NEW IN V2

8 slots · slice mode · dedicated FX

Load WAV files from the SD card and trigger them across voices. Multi-slot mode gives each of 8 slots its own sample with its own start, length, loop and play mode. Slice mode shares a single sample across all 8 slots with independent slice points — perfect for breakbeats, vocal chops, and drum kits assembled from one long take.

  • 8 multi-sample slots
  • Slice mode
  • Dedicated FX
  • Per-voice playback params
  • WAV mono/stereo
  • 16-bit/44.1 kHz native
  • Higher rates resampled

Multimode filters

9 filter types, 28 variants — dual slots per voice

Two filter slots per voice, freely routable in series or parallel with crossfade and per-voice modulation. Each slot picks from nine modelled circuits — Oberheim SEM SVF, Moog transistor ladder, Korg MS-20 (Rev 1 K35 and Rev 2 OTA), TB-303 diode ladder, Steiner-Parker, Karplus comb / flanger, three-band formant vowel morph and a linear bell EQ — for a total of 28 LP / HP / BP / Notch variants.

  • SVF (Oberheim SEM)
  • TLD (Moog ladder)
  • K35 (MS-20 Rev 1)
  • OTA (MS-20 Rev 2)
  • DLD (TB-303)
  • Steiner-Parker
  • Comb · Karplus / flanger
  • Formant · A-E-I-O-U
  • Bell EQ ±24 dB

Drive stage

29 saturation, fold and lo-fi algorithms — per voice

A full distortion lab built into every voice. Tape hysteresis modelling, transistor saturation, Chebyshev wave-shaping, asymmetric clipping, bit reaper, sample-rate reduction — all 29 algorithms, with per-voice modulation.

NoteFX — NEW IN V2

A complete note FX per instrument

Every instrument has its own NoteFX chain — Note, Chords, Arp, Rhythm Generator/Sequencer. Quantize to 18 scales with glide and drift, build chords from any of 32 types, run a polyphonic arpeggiator with custom rhythms, or trigger sequences from algorithmic rhythm engines: Euclidean, Fibonacci, Golomb, Aksak, Turing, Binary. Each instrument plays its own rules.

  • Note · 18 scales
  • Chords · 32 types
  • Arp · custom rhythms
  • Rhythm Gen · Euclidean
  • Rhythm Gen · Fibonacci
  • Rhythm Gen · Golomb
  • Rhythm Gen · Aksak
  • Rhythm Gen · Turing
  • Rhythm Gen · Binary
  • Per-instrument chain

Shape sequencer

A generative modulation sequencer where every step is a curve

The Shape sequencer goes far beyond a step CV — every step is its own shape, drawn from a 34-curve LUT, with its own value range (min/max), repeat count, probability and fade. Up to 256 steps per pattern. Drop it into any of the 6 modulation slots and route it to anything — oscillator pitch, filter cutoff, drive amount, sample slot index... Combine probability, repeats and fades and the same pattern never plays the same way twice.

  • Up to 256 steps
  • 34 shapes per step (curves, not flat levels)
  • Per-step min/max range
  • Per-step repeat (1-8)
  • Per-step probability (0-100%)
  • Per-step fade in / fade out
  • Multiple play & trig modes
  • Tempo-synced clock
  • Per-voice or shared
