Antigone firmware 1.1.5 released
New wavetable transform modes, a fully pitchable second oscillator, smarter MIDI voice stealing and CPU optimisations across the board — free update for every Antigone.
What's new
This update brings a wave of new sound-shaping tools, smarter voice handling, and improved performance across the board.
Wavetable Synth upgrades
- New waveform transform modes: Triangle, Fractal, Bounce, Gravity, Tidal, Magnetic, Crystal, Steps, Quantum, Fade and Collapse — perfect for experimental textures.
- The old sub-oscillator mode has been replaced with a fully pitchable second oscillator, now able to share the main oscillator's wavetable for richer layering.
Modulation fixes
- Fixed a bug where Modulation 3 on certain modules wouldn't load correctly from a preset.
LFO Wavetable enhancements
- Improved clock-sync behaviour for tighter rhythmic modulation.
Smarter MIDI voice allocation
- MIDI note stealing has been improved: when voices run out, the ones with the lowest output volume are now stolen first — leading to smoother polyphony management.
Performance
- CPU optimisations across the Wavetable synth and shared engine components for better efficiency.
