Module's description

This chapter is a tour of the module's hardware and the navigation logic that ties every screen together. If you've just opened the box, read it through once before jumping into Quick start.

  • Front panel — encoder, 4 buttons, 4 potentiometers, ALT, OLED screen, plus the front panel of the optional MIDI/CV expander.
  • Back of the module & connectors — power, micro-USB (firmware updates), ribbon cable for the expander, plus the back of the expander.
  • Screen navigation — burger menu, footer buttons, ALT + encoder shortcut menu — the three primitives shared by every screen.

Hardware specs at a glance

  • 6 voices of polyphony (Sys::voicesNb = 6), distributable across 1 to 6 instruments via the project's voice layout.
  • 4 audio outputs (line-level), pairable into 2 stereo pairs (OUT 1-2, OUT 3-4).
  • 6 CV + 4 Gate inputs on the main module; +6 CV / +2 Gate with the expander.
  • MIDI input on the expander (TRS Type A or B).
  • 48 kHz / 16-bit internal audio path; samples and wavetables of any common rate and bit depth are converted on load.
